York College-owned buildings to be demolished

…Still more controversy arose over how the college came to own at
least one of the properties. A historic duplex on the corner of Manor Street
was certified blighted and seized via eminent domain by the York Redevelopment
Authority in 2005 after the owner rejected an offer from the college to buy the

McKeesport's Cornell
construction project delayed

…The third is
planned for property currently known as the Bucks Mansion property, which sits
adjacent to Penn State Greater Allegheny. The district plans to use eminent
domain to obtain the Bucks property against the wishes of its owner, Robert
DeTorre.

Old Erie warehouse to fall soon for EMTA project

Laser Northeast public utility application withdrawn
